A little color. Webb Rail LLC - WEBX's former Union Pacific Railroad Budd built Pullman 10-6 sleeper "Pacific Union" (WEBX 800640) had its yellow band restored earlier this year. Built for Union Pacific as number 1446 in 1950, it became Amtrak 2639 in May, 1971. In January, 1980, it went through the HEP upgrade program and became Amtrak 2890. After several private ownerships, it is now part of the Webb Rail fleet.
