| Remarks & Notes |
| The California Zephyr passes through Coal Creek Canyon on its way into the Colorado Rocky Mountains and the Moffat Tunnel, and it is pulling a private business car called New York Central 3. The heavy car was built in 1928 by Pullman for Harold Sterling Vanderbilt, who worked as a director of the railroad founded by his family. It is rated for speeds up to 110 mph and can be chartered for cross county trips. |
