Remarks & Notes 
After crossing Soldier Summit, Union Pacific’s LJP44 local from Salt Lake City approaches Helper as it drops downgrade out the the Price River Canyon at Castle Gate, Utah, on December 1, 2004. This train hauled household waste, contaminated dirt, etc., and connected to a “dirt train” local that operated out of Helper to a landfill on the Sunnyside Branch.
