One of the more unusual operations in the Pilbara is BHP's "satellite trains" which load at two mines close to Newman - "Ore Body 24" and "Ore Body 18". Trains are 1 SD70ACe and 60 wagons. They then run back to Mt Newman as loaded trains, dump, have the ore washed and processed, before being reloaded onto another train to head to Port Hedland. 4414 will head up to Ore Body 18 to load.
