“Diamonds Aren’t Forever” Destined for Duke Energy’s Roxboro Steam Plant, NS 776 (Shire Oaks, PA-Hyco, NC), consisting of coal loads in RGNX hoppers, takes the siding at Shenandoah Jct., to allow a northbound NS 741 (Sherrills Ford, NC-Shire Oaks, PA) to pass on the main.
