| With 199 empties this empty potash is getting some help to get up the Steelton grade out of Pokegama. Only 2 of the helper units are shoving due to regulations, but the train is making good speed. This is common practice for most northbound trains bound for the Canadian boarder at Ranier. CN uses these 3 sets to shove trains up this steep grade west of Superior. The units are setup with helper link so they can cutoff on the fly. |
