| This Rapid City to Huron train is about 15 miles into their trip from Rapid City to Phillip for the next crew change. The crew got on at Box Elder and has been slowly working east for the past 2 hours. Many 10 mph slow orders in the 40 mph areas made traffic move even slower than the normal snail pace for the PRC. Here the train crosses the Boxelder Creek again, one of many they will do as they work towards Wall. Nothing beats a trio of matched painted 40's! |
