| Two "Stammnetzpendel" (push-pull train of the main network) of the Rhaetian Railway, with railcars Be 4/4 # 512 and # 513, are crossing the 65 meter high Landwasser viaduct. The train came from Davos and ran to Chur, on the occasion of the "4. Bündner Bildungstag/4th education day of Grisons. This trains usally are not running on this line. The 6 "Stammnetzpendel" were built in 1971/1979 and were very modern trains then. Now they will be withdrawn and it is planned to scrap all of them till the end of 2021. |
