Remarks & Notes
A 1967-built SD40 makes a smoky exit from the 1854 Summit, or Allegheny Tunnel, which was rebuilt 1994-95 with two tracks and clearance for double-stacks. As part of that project, Gallitzin Tunnel (hidden behind the lead locomotive) was closed and the highway overpass was replaced.
