| After passing through Allen Jct. CN 2025 rounds the bend and crosses the control point Nugget along the CN Iron Range sub. as they continue north. The rail on the left is/was used as the former DMIR now CN Hinsdale branch (or Ely branch as it was sometimes called) and is how the DMIR interchanged with the Erie Mining company (later LTV) before it closed and how CN served Mesabi Nugget until it also closed. |
