| A Union Pacific work train with a Brandt R4 leading and Brandt OTM Trackers distributes tie plates for sections of ribbon rail needing replacement. Lots of trackwork is on tap for the Santa Barbara Subdivision. I have heard all kinds of rumors on what it will mean for the Coast Route, but we shall see. |
