BNSF train Z-LPKLAC7-18, with still-shiny ET44C4 3679 up front (built in 2020), overtakes lower-priority train S-LPKSCO1-17, which is stopped at Basta. Both trains originated in Logistics Park Kansas City, with the train that departed on December 17 waiting for an opening at the Port of Long Beach, while the train that departed KC the next day flying past on its way to Los Angeles Hobart Yard.
