| The only train to operate in Columbus on Christmas Day was mixed freight Q311-25. After waiting for 4 hours to get on the Scottslawn due to a frozen switch and another hour of slow orders, it was finally able to throttle up to track speed as it passes by the Heritage grain elevator at the south end of Marysville siding. Of note: it has a former Carolina Coastal GP9 in tow destined for a shortline in Pennsylvania. |
