| GP40TC 527 and 521 behind (former 199 and 193) rest at Race Street Yard. These units were renumbered to make way for the P42 fleet and mostly saw work train service by this time. Soon they'd be rebuild into GP38H-3s better suited for the new role. Note the "Hi Matt" painted on the battery box... |
