After passing one of the shortest siding holdout Boyce on the Western & Atlantic Sub, CSX K442-26 (Lawrenceville,GA-Chicago,IL/CP) is now slowing down as the unit train is on the final few miles on this segment of its journey up the W&A. It wasn't that long ago when seeing the 8500, and 8600 series SD50's being use throughout the CSX System but, following the Hunter Harrison PSR-Practice of 2017 the SD50's fell victim under the category of Older equipment that was needed to be retired. Only a hand full of this class of motive power is still on the roster, and even their days are numbered.
