| A beautiful sunny day in southern Ontario brings a pair of GE’s guiding an X382 over the Grand River in Paris, blanketed by heavy snowfall from the prior day. The aging Penman's Dam in the foreground was built in 1918 to provide water power to the mills for Penman's Clothing Company. |
