| We end our Georgia Central trip with a stop by the South Georgia hotspot of Cordele, Georgia. Although we did not see anything on the CSX mainline, we did catch local A730 tied down for the day. CSX 6487 was built by EMD in 1980 for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad and was painted in the colorful Chessie System paint scheme before received the CSX corporate colors. |
