| Built for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, this 46-year-old GP40-2 ascends the Vaco Branch from the C&O to the Virginian Railway main at Deepwater. The South Charleston-based local is operating on Watco-CSX trackage rights to enable access to Alloy for delivery of empty covered hoppers to WV Manufacturing. |
