Sunset over Wendover Canyon
At day’s end on July 4, 1999, an eastbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe coal train powered by three SD70MACs, leaving a thin veil of exhaust in its wake, negotiates a darkening Wendover Canyon west of Wendover, Wyoming.
