Remarks & Notes
The Altoona Mirror reports that bids have been let for the demolition of MG Tower, located on the mountainside between Altoona and Gallitzin. Although merely a remote control interlocking for some years now, the block station (as PRR called its towers) was a unique structure along the right of way. Symbol LMPI is moving past MG on an October afternoon as a set of helpers glides downgrade. Fuji Astia.
