Remarks & Notes 
CNW's St. Francis Tower was a busy place at one time. It controlled the junction between the passenger mainline to downtown Milwaukee and the freight bypass to Butler. It also controlled the junction between the Old Line and the New Line. Numerous CNW semaphore's controlled train movements. Unfortunately, the demise of passenger trains spelled the eventual end for the tower as most movements occurred on the freight bypass. A 4 lane freeway dominates this scene today
