The last run of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Train finds UP 844 waiting in the North Yard in Denver at dawn for the final passengers to load. The train was sponsored by the Denver Post newspaper and as most newspaper organizations struggled to exist, so did the Denver Post, ending what was a great tradition for the railfans between Denver, Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
