Remarks & Notes |
The Heavener Sub rolls south out of the Ozark Mountains towards the Arkansas River Valley. The railroad has 100 miles of Oklahoma running as they drop down from the 1321 feet summit at Gentry, AR, to around 480 feet near Heavener. Maybe some of the more unseen KCS rugged railroading? Here we have 2x2 gran train heading to Mexico. The train is working south between Cave Springs and Marble Rock, seen here near Bunch. |
