| On a sunny but hazy early morning, southbound 214 dodges the shadows along Sucker Gut Bay with just enough time for the sun to get up over the cliffs during the longer days around the solstice. The train has just crossed the Montreal River which flows in and out of the larger Bay Lake in the background and is just 19 cars today, having most of its usual traffic still stuck on the wrong side of a washout on the Ramore Sub. |
