Building In The Bronx. It was an unusual sight to see a daylight CSX Q701 (CSXT 474, AC44CW leading) on the Oak Point Link in the Bronx, New York on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 21, 2021, and more so that it was carrying a rail train in front of the normal cars. On the land side of the Link, significant residential construction has begun in recent years, replacing the large industrial concerns that once occupied this area.
