Works In Progress. Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) were side by side in the shop on September 5, 2019. While the Babbling Brook was receiving some interior upgrades, NP 549 was still a work in progress, with exterior body work be completed prior to painting. About a month later, both cars would return to New York by taking the City Of New Orleans to the Lake Shore Limited.
