The line between Heidenreichstein and Alt Nagelberg is operated by the Waldviertler Schmalspurverein (Narrow-gauge railway association of the Waldviertel). 12 narrow-gauge locomotives #2091 series were built between 1936 and 1940. #2091.09 and the passenger car wear the typical ÖBB "Jaffa" blood orange color scheme from the eighties.
