| Salt Lake Garfield & Western's newest addition, FTRL 8201. I was pretty excited to get a decent shot of it. The Salt Lake Garfield & West can be a frustrating railroad to photograph. You can see them from the freeway, but actually getting to them is another story. Most of there track-age is behind industries with no access that isn't privet property. So to get them to line up in a spot you can take a picture is a challenge. With Patriot Rail taking them over. I am concerned that there nice paint job might be a thing of the past. Hopefully FTRL 8201 will get SLG&W paint, but I have my doubts. |
