| NJT 4519 shoves an afternoon eastbound out of High Bridge station on NJT's Raritan Valley Line. Erie Lackawanna power once roamed these rails in the form of run-through CNJ/EL trains SE-98 and ES-99. These trains operated between Elizabethport, NJ and Scranton, PA via Jersey Central's High Bridge Branch after CNJ ceased all operation in the state of Pennsylvania. The branch once deviated from the main just behind the train in this view. Today the branch right-of-way is known as the Columbia Trail. |
