Reading & Northern's "Fast Freight" (North Reading-Pittston turn) is the premier train on this regional railroad. It runs a rigid schedule and does no work along its run, making a roundtrip to Pittston with a single crew. The train is popular with fans, although I had it to myself this day with the absence of the "Fast Freight" painted SD50s. I was still pleased with a pair of matching SD40-2s, albeit a bit faded, as are many of the earlier painted RBMN locomotives.
