A short Burlington Northern local out of Rochelle, Illinois, scurries westward on the C&I (Chicago & Iowa, a predecessor) line west of Flag Center on April 6, 1991. Between EMD GP38 No. 2172 and caboose No. 11773 is a lone Chicago & North Western boxcar.
