Yellow Covers Are On. A record snowfall on January 23, 2016, would bring over 2 feet of snow to the New York City area. MTA Metro-North Railroad M7A 4318 leads a train through the Spuyten Duyvil Station towrd Grand Central Terminal with a yellow coupler cover applied to protect its electrical components from the snow. Shortly after this photo, service would be suspended until the following morning.
