Disappearing Arrows. NJ Transit 1377 (Arrow III, 1977, GE, 1992–1995 rebuilt by ABB) leads train 3837 towards the North Elizabeth Station in Elizabeth, New Jersey on Friday, January 7, 2022 after the first significant snowfall of the year. The high speed kicks up the snow on the ground, hiding half of the 8 car train from view. Replacement Multilevel III Electric MUs are already on order, although there is presently no ETA.
