| See Richmond By Rail! This colorful mural depicting the James River Bridge and and an artistic version of Richmond, Fredrick and Potomac (RF&P) E8A 1001 can be seen from the platform at the Amtrak Richmond Staples Mill Station in Richmond, Virginia. A moment after the departure on December 18, 2021, the consist of Amtrak 89 (Palmetto) will cross this span with former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) holding the markers.
