Returning to Jersey Rails: A bulldozer helps to take Tyburn Railroad GE 44-tonner No. 400 off of a flatbed trailer and put it back on New Jersey rails for the first time since it was in service on the Hoboken Shore Railroad in the 1970s. The Tri-State Railway Historical Society will be restoring the unit to its Hoboken Manufacturers Railroad No. 700 livery and road number through an initiative known as "Operation 88."
