Western Maryland Scenic Railroad 2-8-0 734 and its train departs the station in Cumberland on a rainy day. Built by Baldwin in 1916 and now painted in Western Maryland colors, this Consolidation is ex-Lake Superior and Ishpeming Railroad 734, originally LS&I 34. The engine has received several modifications over the years to give it more of a WM appearance. (Cumberland, Maryland – September 27, 2009)
