| The Port Harbor Railroad in Granite City, IL put together both of it's "Illini Terminal" locomotives to pull a unit pipe train onto the property. The "Illini Terminal" is a nod to the fallen flag Illinois Terminal. The SD40-2 and GP40-2 are both painted in an accurate representation of the former IT scheme. In late 2015, early 2016 the Port Harbor received unit pipe trains for transloading to trucks for a pipeline project up closer to Jacksonville, IL. |
