| I believe these Martin Lake BNSF coal trains do not get loop at the plant when they are unloaded? So once in awhile the extra DP power put on at Pittsburg, leads the empties back north. As is the case here we have this 4828 leading the charge as this empty is bound for the BNSF in KC. The train works upgrade into Hatton on the Shreveport Sub. It is cool seeing KCS leading coal trains. This 4828 would setout at Pittsburgh, as we would see it again the next day as the rear DP unit on a grain train. |
