Out on the Main. For the first time, a Stadler DMU for future Metrolink/Arrow service to Redlands traveled on what are now its home rails. The DMU, #3401, ran one round trip between the Arrow yard in San Bernardino to the University of Redlands station for initial testing, with plenty of spectators out to see the first run on a line that hasn't seen regular rail service in decades.
