UP 5031 (8/71, 37284) was retired 27 Feb 1978, scrapped 6/78 at Turner, KS before her 7th birthday. UP GP9B 173B (3/54, 19249) was retired by UP 1/77, but rebuilt at Paducah to ICG GP10 8305.
