| A pair of GATX Rail-leased EMD GP38-2s shuttle 28 empty CSX Transportation company hoppers up the Winifrede Railroad to Blackhawk's Kanawha Eagle for loading on Oct. 28, 2021. Fall colors are in full swing in central Appalachia after warm weather persisted through much of early October. |
