"Into the Sunset" CEMX GP9 661 runs light back into the Cemex facility in Medley, FL during sunset. The 661 was built in November of 1954 for the Florida East Coast, and is now used daily at the Cemex Medley facility to interchage stone cars with its alma mater. This unit still retains its oscitrol light package, which is a rarity these days.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
