| A cancelled morning flight headed home to Los Angeles from Michigan resulted in me taking an unexpected drive from Detroit to Chicago for an alternate late night flight that still got me home the same day. As a result, I had a bonus day to explore down town Chicago and get some shooting in. The 18th street bridge is always a solid choice given the assortment of Amtrak locomotives to be found in the yard combined with the famous Chicago skyline in the background. Scattered clouds and wonderful evening light produced a fantastic photo that I never expected to shoot that day.
