"Dragging it Back to Germany"

Conrail's SK-13 crew is seen dragging NJTR ALP-45DP #4513 back to Port Newark where it will get shipped back to Bombardier in Germany for extensive repairs that cannot repaired at NJ Transit's Meadows Maintenance Complex (MMC).
