Remarks & Notes
A&M ALCO's in 2022: Also having disrupted traffic flow on the A&M, the derailment prompted some unusual movements. This included a train swap at Van Buren, where the mainline turn dropped their train, and picked up N/B cars. The Fort Smith switcher, now temporarily trapped in Van Buren, drug the train into the UP yard. After stopping to flag the busy Main Street crossing, the engineer grabs a notch or two on T6 #14 go get the heavy cut of reefers moving, passing the historic Van Buren depot.
