Remarks & Notes 
Alco RS-3's were re-engined with 12 cylinder EMD 567 power plants, and were known as RS-3m's or GP12's. They had a very distinctive three-stack manifold that was fabricated by MoPac at North Little Rock shops. MP RS-3m 1080 former MP 985 at Fredonia, KS in September 1969.
