Union Pacific's Costa Mesa Local is underway once again, heading south to Santa Ana with its ten cars, after a delay of nearly an hour trying to get onto Metrolink's Orange Sub at CP College (just beyond the red signals in the distance), where the UP's Santa Ana Industrial Lead joins the Orange Sub. UP GP60 1083 (ex-UP 1953; née-SSW 9651) and GP40P-2 1375 (ex-SP 7602, née-SP 3199) are the power for this train. (Orange, California – June 27, 2022)
