Sunny In San Luis Obispo. On the afternoon of July 25, 2020, both Amtrak Coast Starlights (Trains 11 and 14) were changing crews in San Luis Obispo, California at the same time. Train 14 (Los Angeles, CA-Seattle, WA) had a pair of additional cars that day, with former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome 313 (WEBX 801044) and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) holding the markers.
