The "chameleon crocodile" Ge 6/6 I # 415 of the Rhaetian Railway is leaving Filisur with nostalgia train Zügenschlucht 7842 from Filisur to Davos Platz, which runs twice a day in summer, with open observation cars as well as beautiful historic passenger cars. "Rhaetian Crocodile" or "C-C" Ge 6/6 I # 415 (built in 1929) had to be completely rewired after a cable fire. It was also rust repaired and repainted in the original brown. A special paint was sprayed over it, which will be removed after about a year (solvent-based liquid rubber in pearl / metallic effect, also called Chameleon or Flip Flop paint). The action was apparently initiated and paid for by two well-known model train manufacturers. About Chameleon sprayed paint: When moving around, chameleon paint will change colour. The light reflection on chameleon spray paint gives the multi-coloured changing special effect.
