Departing after a crew change (at the brick station in the distance, to the left of the radio antenna), BNSF railway loaded unit train C-GJCTPH-009 heads east on the Hastings Sub (with also begins at the station, as does the Central Time Zone). Coal trains are not as common on this line (the Akron and Hastings subs between Brush CO and Lincoln NE), but this train originated in Grand Junction Co and Tulsa OK, where it will then be interchanged to the Sand Springs Railway. BNSF SD70ACe 8755 leads this train, with BNSF SD70ACe 9005 and ES44AC 5886 pulling duty on the rear. (McCook, Nebraska – July 16, 2022)
